On-Board Programming Machine

Development program can be written into flash memory built-in micon.

For both micon only and built-in board, programs can be written.

Integration with inspection machines

With In-Circuit Test(ICT) and Function Test (FCT)

Programming can be performed simultaneously when inspection such as ICT and FCT are executed. This require only one test fixture and it is written into micon on the SMT board.

After In-Circuit Test(ICT)

Programming is performed by integrating a programmer with Focus 2000Plus after ICT process is finished. It can be done per one block or cavity. But in case ICT inspection is NG, it won’t be performed.）

Before Function Test(FCT)

Programming is performed by integrating it with function tester before FCT process is started. It also can be used as a dedicated programming machine and integrated with in-line model. In case it is performed with ICT inspection and external power supply is required(specified voltage ON/OFF control), MPX separated relay will be required . （Protection of MPX for ICT inspection）
