In-Line Combined test + Robotic Integration Case Study

This system was exhibited at INTERNEPCON JAPAN 2025, showcasing an integrated test line featuring the ALMAX in‑line ICT system followed by ALMAX‑FCT. Collaborative robots positioned at both upstream and downstream points of the conveyor transferred workpieces back upstream, enabling a fully continuous automated test workflow.

This demonstration showcased robotic loading and unloading operations combined with the ALMAX in‑line test system, which is in high demand both domestically and internationally. In real deployments, robots can automatically transfer workpieces from upstream supply trays to the conveyor, perform in‑line test, and then return testted workpieces to downstream trays. Robotic integration is handled in collaboration with the Robot Division of the Kyoritsu Electric Group.

We have implemented robotic process automation for many customers, providing end‑to‑end support including process‑flow design, equipment layout planning, and custom end‑effector and peripheral equipment design. By combining the efficiency of conveyor‑based in‑line test with the flexibility of robotic automation, we can support limited installation spaces and customized layout requirements.
